47 Pine Construction was founded by Shay Morrison, a driven professional with a passion for both personal and professional growth. Shay holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s degree from Southern Utah University (SUU), where he focused his studies on Social Work and Business, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. Shay is a goal-oriented individual, having completed his first marathon in 2024 and now preparing for his first ultramarathon in 2025. His strong work ethic, love for problem-solving, and attention to detail extend into all aspects of his life, including his commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship in home building.

Along with the character traits highlighted above, Shay has developed skills in the construction industry through experience tracking financials of speculative and custom homes, fence building, and residential custom painting, among other items. In addition, 47 Pine Construction LLC is fully licensed and insured in Utah, and Shay’s meticulous approach ensures every project is executed with precision and efficiency. Based in Sevier County, Utah, Shay brings a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to quality in every home he builds.
